Structural Appraisal
Best suited to derelict, non-habitable or properties requiring complete renovation/modernising.
Can be used to support planning submissions for conversion of traditional farm buildings or by more experienced persons who only require an inspection of the main structural elements only (floors, walls and roofs), highlighting defects and recommendations for remedial works.
Level 2
Full Building Survey

Best suited to a conventional/modern unmodified property, built from common materials and in a reasonable condition.
A detailed report covering the structural fabric, internal fit out and site features as part of a report which includes a table of suggested remedial works and, depending on the level of survey, budget costs.
Level 3

Best suited to larger, older, run-down, historic, unusual or altered properties.
